Booking Conditions

Booking conditions : We require a deposit in order to confirm your place on the course and full payment is due one week prior to the course start date. An invoice will be sent out to your local authority or organisation. For details of this deposit please contact us.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change your attendance on the course, please give us at least two weeks notice. Cancellations within two weeks of a course will forfeit 50% of the total cost, and within one week 100% of the total cost.
